In the territory of hlebopriyemny point of LKZ LLP the complex for production of high-quality forages and additives for animals is constructed. The unique compounding developed in own laboratory, high quality of a zernaa of other components allows to approach professionally food of animals, offering individual forages for each breed of the highest quality.

More than 10 years ago our efforts constructed the mill capable to process more than 30 tons of grain into change. High efficiency and excellent quality of flour allowed to provide with it nearby regions.

Territorially our hlebopriyemny point is in the Jambyl region of Ryskulovsky district, at station of Maldybay. We invite businessmen to successful cooperation.

In the territory of the Limited liability company "the horse-breeding center" is constructed by Lugovska the modern hlebopriyemny point meeting all sanitary standards and the requirements.

In production rooms of HPP operations are made:

• reception of grain and its drying;
• storage in the ventilated rooms with the established microclimate;
• grain processing;
• shipment of finished goods and raw materials;
• production of flour;
• production of compound feeds.

Industrial power of hlebopriyemny point of LKZ LLP makes 35 thousand tons of storage of grain crops and other loose products today. The enterprise possesses own railway and automobile entrances which are equipped:

• the modern weight equipment capable to weigh railway cars and heavy-load cars;
• to carry out acceptance and shipment of grain crops in large volumes;
• to place more than 30 thousand tons of grain, flour and forages in the storages.

Professional approach

For an exception of losses at storage of grain crops we use advanced technologies and the reliable equipment for processing of raw materials. Thanks to multistage strict control at each stage, we reduced the possible problems connected with breakage of the equipment or a human factor to a minimum.

Stages of system of a zernokhraneniye:

• shipment of raw materials to the reception bunker;
• drying in an aerodynamic separator;
• grain sorting;
• cleaning of raw materials of impurity and possible pollution;
• shipment on a warehouse for further storage.
