Aspan-Taraz LLP having the state licenses for the right of design of new construction, modernization, reconstruction of production objects of various branches of a national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan with development of the complex technical, design-technology documentation containing the feasibility study, calculations, drawings, models, estimates, explanatory notes; allowing documents on the right of implementation of nature protection design and rationing, the Accredited Testing laboratory, Mobile ecological laboratory, offers the following types of works and services:
- project works on construction, modernization, reconstruction of various branches
- predesign assessment of a state of environment;
- development of the section "Environmental protection" to working drafts;
- development of drafts of standards of maximum-permissible emissions of the polluting substances in environment (PDV), standards of maximum-permissible dumpings of the polluting substances with sewage (PDS), standards of education and placement of production wastes (OOP);
- development of projects of the assessment of influence of environment (AIE);
- development of materials of "Permissions to issues in environment", including "Program of production environmental control";
- monitoring of environment (air, water, waste, soils)
- carrying out inventory of greenhouse gases and development of the Passport of inventory of greenhouse gases;
- certification of workplaces, development of the Passport of a workplace;
- preparation of documents for obtaining the state licenses for types of a production activity according to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Equipped with the modern equipment of multiplying equipment, Aspan-Taraz LLP carries out copying and recovery of drawings, schemes, graphic part of projects in color black-and-white execution of the following formats:

- in black-and-white execution the A0, A1, A2, A3 formats
