Plaster tile

The plaster tongue-and-groove plate is made from plaster knitting on molding technology.

Gipsoplita represent monolithic products in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped. Docking and basic surfaces have a groove or a crest on the relevant parties.

Modern technologies allow to receive plates with excellent quality of a front surface and high precision of the sizes.

Tongue-and-groove plates are applied to the device of partitions and not bearing walls in buildings of different function. Depending on properties and a scope of a gipsoplita are divided into standard and gidrofobizirovanny (moisture resistant). Standard plates are applied in rooms with dry and normal moisture conditions (to 60), and gidrofobizirovanny plates in rooms with the damp mode (humidity higher than 60).

Application

Depending on requirements for sound insulation, shown to rooms, mount an unary or double design of partitions. The double design allows to place various engineering communications also. Distinguish a rigid and elastic adjunction of partitions to adjacent building constructions.

The rigid adjunction of partitions is applied in that case when standard requirements for sound insulation are not imposed. Plates fasten directly to adjacent building constructions through construction adhesive.

The elastic adjunction is carried out for increase of sound-proof properties of partitions. In this case fastening of plates to adjacent building constructions is carried out by means of metal brackets, through the elastic pith laying fixed on the basis by means of construction adhesive.

As construction adhesive when laying standard gipsoplit, when gluing pith elastic laying to the protecting designs glue is used.

At installation of an unary partition the consumption of glue makes 1,5-2,0 kg of dry mix on 1 sq.m., at installation of a double partition - 3,0-4,0 kg on 1 sq.m.

Transportation and storage

Tongue-and-groove plates are transported by the pallets created from plates of one look on pallets according to the scheme of the packing developed and approved in accordance with the established procedure. Pallets are transported by all means of transport according to rules of transportation of goods. When loading, unloading, transportation and storage of plates the measures excluding a possibility of their damage and moistening have to be observed. Loading of plates in bulk and unloading is not allowed by their dropping. It is necessary to store plates in rooms with dry and normal moisture conditions.
